I found the range of products to be quite nice. The delivery arrived on time, and I received updates throughout the process. My daughter was thrilled with her gift basket!

The hamper I got showed up in bad shape. One of the items was open and spilled everywhere, messing up the hamper and the other stuff. I've tried reaching out to Handmade Hamper multiple times, both by phone and email, but no luck getting a reply.

This was supposed to be a Valentine's gift for my partner, and it wasn't exactly cheap. Now it's all messed up, and I’ve got nothing to give.

Customer service has been really disappointing. I'm going to contact my bank to get a refund since the gift is ruined.

Selecting the right hamper for sending to someone else was a breeze. A family member shared some great feedback. It arrived three days ahead of schedule with a heads-up.

Placing the order was a breeze, and Handmade Hampers made an effort to deliver on the requested day through DPD, which was awesome. But then DPD decided to show up during school pick-up time, and instead of delivering, they took the package back to their depot. They kept it there for three days, promising daily that a code would be sent once it was at a local pickup spot. Today, they emailed saying they can't drop it off at the pickup location because our parcel isn't suitable? Now they're gonna try again today. This was supposed to be an anniversary gift needed by December 8th, and here we are still waiting on December 13th.
